Come and play in our new cocktail garden bamBOO. Kicking off with a regular Sunday Session designed for the jet setting Luxe clientele, bamBOO brings you live music by the Essence, a Mondo’s gourmet BBQ and the award winning cocktails brought to you by our very own cocktail chefs.

Peach Bellini $13.5

A healthy splash of peach nectar stained with French Crème de
Peche and finished with Redbank Emily sparkling.

Strawberry Mimosa $13.5

Sweetened strawberries with a hint of Gabriel Crème de Fraise and Grand Marnier charged with Redbank Emily sparkling.

A Luxe classic
Freshly brewed coffee shaken until creamy with the additions of Frangelico, Kahlua Especial, Gabriel Crème de Cacao and Absolut vodka. Complimented with vanilla and maraschino syrup. Try it with Remy Grand Cru Cognac.

English Garden Martini $15

Plymouth sloe gin and Plymouth classic gin shaken together with cloudy apple juice, fresh lemon and a touch of lemon curd...

Velvet Pear $15

Absolut vodka with the sweet marriage of Crème de Peche, Poire William and pear nectar finished with the most subtle hint of anise.

Pineapple Punch $15

A balanced combination of Metaxa Greek brandy, Apry liqueur, orgeat syrup, fresh pineapple pieces and lemon juice shaken until foamy and served perfectly chilled.

Pink Grapefruit Martini $15

The delicate combination of freshly smashed pink grapefruit pieces and other citrus juices, Plymouth gin, Cointreau and a hint of sweetness.

Mint and Cucumber Martini $15

A ridiculously long pour of South gin and Cointreau all muddled together with elderflower cordial, we then add fresh lemon and cucumber juices and shake together with pressed mint leaves.

Lychee Love (est. 2002) $15

Another Luxe classic
The muddled combination of lychees, strawberries and Absolut vodka shaken together with liqueurs and served over ice.

Vanilla Bean Julep $15

A twisted Kentucky classic using a generous measure of Makers Mark bourbon, Vanille de Madagascar, Cointreau and loads of fresh mint leaves.

Raspberry Sidecar $17

A long pour of Remy Grand Cru cognac, Cointreau, Gabriel Crème de Framboise liqueur complimented by maple syrup, fresh raspberries and lemon juice. Shaken until creamy and served over ice.

Shiraz Sipper $15

A perfectly balanced mix of Torbreck Shiraz, Gabriel Crème de Framboise and Cacao rounded off with a splash of Mount Gay rum served over ice with a dark chocolate.

Broken Bramble $15

A twist on a classic
A healthy measure of Limoncello, Plymouth gin, Gabriel crème de mure fresh lemon juice and a dash of Fee bros. Orange bitters shaken and poured over crushed ice.

1800 Old Fashioned $20

A Contemporary classic
A double measure of Jose Cuervo Reposado tequila prepared the way it should be with Peychauds bitters, sugar cube and orange zest.

Luxe Sling $13

A perfect serve of Plymouth sloe gin and Campari simply charged with bottled tonic water and finished with citrus fruit.

Boston Iced Tea $15

A Luxe favourite mixing Absolut vodka, Plymouth gin, Jose Cuervo tequila, Havana Club rum and Cointreau with muddled citrus and cranberry juice to finish.

Moscow Mule $15

Absolut vodka with a hint of Stones Green Ginger Wine, Angostura bitters, fresh lime and mint all shaken together and charged with Bundaberg ginger beer.

Orange and Passionfruit Mojito $15

Mount Gay rum, fresh orange, passionfruit and tonnes of mint churned through crushed ice and crowned with soda.

Zen Tea $15

Plymouth gin, Zen Green Tea liqueur and Havana Club rum balanced with elderflower cordial and lemon juice finished with cloudy apple juice.

Pina Colada Shot (bartenders favourite) $8.5

A Tropical delight consisting of Bombay Sapphire Gin, Coconut Liqueur and jam sweetened with pineapple juice – finished with our own homemade coconut foam.

Espresso Shot $8.5

The Short brother of our famous martini.
Absolut vodka, hazelnut and chocolate liqueurs, sweetened with vanilla and cherry flavours all shaken until foamy with a good dose of freshly brewed coffee.

Margarita Shot $8.5

A classic shaken mix of Jose Cuervo tequila, orange liqueurs, fresh citrus juices and a sweetened splash of vanilla.

The Main bar is a temple to all things devoted to the art of the cocktail. Featuring ultra premium spirits and the freshest ingredients, our award winning cocktailians will take you on a liquid journey in a room that transports you worlds away.

Red Room

The very private Red Room is our lush underground cocktail den. Candy red booths, ottomans and a full cocktail bar awaits you and your guests. A DJ booth allows you to have your own DJ or plug in a laptop or ipod so you can create a special night out for you and your friends.

bamBOO

bamBOO is our new look amphitheatre space complete with a cocktail bar and lush garden. This extravagant lounge invites intimate conversation and a breezy vibe.
Taking full advantage of Perth’s balmy evenings, bamBOO is Mt Lawley's best kept secret. This unique location caters to over 300 guests making it ideal for hosting extraordinary events. A stage area is also available for hire for parades, movies, presentations, and performances.

The Luxe Bar master class is an inspiring introduction to the ancient art of cocktail making and a behind the scenes tour of the bar.

Be entertained while you learn and appreciate both classical and modern cocktails. This interactive experience includes ‘hands on’ shaking, making and tasting cocktails and their ingredients and provides a dramatic insight into how professional cocktailians operate.

Ideal for groups of 8 – 15 but can be tailored for larger groups.
