The ice blocks are made from filtered water so that they not only look superior, but chill your drinks longer and allow us to treat ultra premium spirits with respect.
The juices for our cocktails are hand pressed to order so that only the best possible drink is delivered to you every time.
The post mix gun is banned from even being mentioned behind our bar. We use only bottled mixers so that the product is second to none, irrespective of cost.
So make a wise selection… lounge in our plush surrounds and spread the good word.

An effervescent mix of fresh mint and lime shaken together with Havana Club Reserva then fine strained into a chilled martini glass and finished with Bridgewater Mill sparkling.
Pomegranate Bellini $17
Cuarente’ e tres’ Vanilla liqueur mixed with a dash of Pomegranate essence and finally charged with Bridgewater Mill sparkling.
Strawberry Mimosa $17
Sweetened strawberries with a hint of Gabriel Crème de Fraise and Grand Marnier finished with Bridgewater Mill sparkling.

Freshly brewed coffee shaken until creamy with the additions of Frangelico, Kahlua Especial, Gabriel Crème de Cacao and Absolut vodka. Complimented with vanilla and maraschino syrup. Try it with Martell VS Cognac. ($19)

A ridiculously long pour of Beefeater Gin together with Pomme verte, sweetened
with both Orgeat and Cherry syrups then shaken with cloudy Apple and Lemon juice.

Freshly pressed pink grapefruit shaken with Havana Club Reserva, Cointreau, and Monin Cinnamon. Finished with a freshly planed cinnamon quill.

Plymouth sloe gin and Beefeater gin shaken together with cloudy apple juice, fresh lemon and a touch of lemon curd...
Mandarin & Vanilla Martini $17
Absolut Mandarin and Mandarin Védrenne liqueur with gently muddled seasonal Mandarins, vanilla and fresh lemon juice.
Lavender Aviator $18
A Luxe twist on the classic “Aviation” Tanqueray Gin with Tanbryn Lavender liquer, Védrenne Violet, fresh lemon juice and sirop de gomme. Served up and chilled finished with a floating lavender sprig.

The muddled combination of lychees, strawberries and Absolut vodka shaken together with liqueurs and served over ice.

A perfectly balanced mix of Shiraz, Gabriel Crème de Framboise and Cacao rounded off with a splash of Mount Gay rum stirred and served over ice with a 70% Cocoa Valrhona dark chocolate square.
Watermelon Kentucky Cooler $18
Muddled mint with Sirop de gomme and fresh watermelon. A healthy pour of Wild Turkey Bourbon together with a splash of Watermelon Liqueur shaken fervently and poured over cubed ice, finished with a crushed ice cap, and all the trimmings.

A long pour of Martell VS cognac, Cointreau, Gabriel Crème de Framboise liqueur complimented by maple syrup, fresh raspberries and lemon juice. Shaken until creamy and served over ice.
